March 13th marks a geek anniversary for me. It's been 10 years since my first internet posting. I have to give these guys at miffed.com credit for keeping the site up and keeping the faith! If you’re into speed-metal, I highly recommend their records.

I bumped into Tink in a CompuServe music forum and actually met him in person once when he came to the Boston area to visit his state-side girlfriend. He was instrumental (no pun indented) in turning me on to the web and web technology. My original CompuServe ID was 76102.572. (This will be a great trivia question when I’m famous someday.)
You're a braver woman than I it was weeks before I could even begin to think about looking at the incisions from my lap. Even now I don't like to touch them.
They're...squishy.

Great post, Chuck. Had to get four so far and counting. Those asking for multiple user accounts, this device is as personal as an iPod or iPhone...ultimately everyone in a hosuehold is going to want one of their own...given that it costs far less than a well-equipped desktop or laptop, that's relatively feasible. Of course, costs will continue to come down.
